• Take a medium sized mouthful, approximately 20-25ml, slowly swish around your mouth for 15-30 seconds, then swallow.
• Can be taken every 30 - 60 minutes

• Place 1 tablet under your tongue and keep it there until it's fully disolved.

• Gargling solution - the current strain of C19 has a nasty sore throat symptom; mix 1/4 cup Listermint/Scope, 1/4 cup Tom's mouthwash, and 1/2 cup Hydrogen Peroxide; gargle once an hour or as often as you like, DO NOT SWALLOW, spit it out
• Ibuprofen/Tylenol - to relieve minor aches so you can sleep/rest but NOT for a fever, let the fever take it's course unless lasting for more than 4 days and higher than 102 F
• Rest - rest and sleep as much as possible
• Fluids - drink plenty of fluids, especially filtered or purified water
• Chicken Noodle Soup - it's amazing how well this actually works
